I'd like to be able to use WebGL-based sites like Shadertoy, WebGL Earth, etc… But those sites tell me that WebGL is disabled in my browser. How can I enable WebGL so I can view these sites?

WebGL can be enabled again in build 337025 by replacing chrome.dll, chrome.exe, chrome_child.dll, natives_blob.bin and snapshot_blob.bin from build 337003. However, that seems too much.

I have a new Microsoft Surface 4 and I'm struggling to get WebGL to work in Chrome. It works fine in Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer, but Chrome simply fails.
I opened up chrome://gpu and literally all the GPU features (WebGL, Canvas) were disabled or software only. I have the AMD E1-1500 APU with Radeon HD Graphics, which is not very powerful but it should be able to run WebGL with hardware acceleration.
