Three police officers in Rochester, New York, were shot Friday night “without warning at close range” while responding to a domestic call at a home, police said.

Following the trial, a jury found Whitehurst guilty of hijacking a motor vehicle, five counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, aggravated assault, criminal attempt to commit a felony, robbery by sudden snatching, obstruction of an officer, aggravated assault on a police officer, and theft by taking.
