SpaceX sent another batch of its Starlink broadband satellites to orbit from California just after midnight on Halloween (Oct. 31).

Russian President Vladimir Putin has called SpaceX CEO Elon Musk a "genius," as he revealed the two are in "close contact" about developing a Russian alternative to Starlink.

Elon Musk is accusing the Ukrainian military of violating “Starlink terms of service” via what he defined as a “loophole” that was “closed last week.” Ukraine has been relying on Musk’s Starlink in its fight against Russian forces, but that access was partially cut off recently.

The watchdog told lawmakers it was a contractual matter.
