TAMPA BAY – The Tampa Bay Lightning have recalled defenseman Maxim Groshev from the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League, Vice President and General Manager Julien BriseBois announced today. In addition, defenseman Steven Santini has been reassigned to AHL Syracuse.
