Four people were taken to hospitals after a shooting early Sunday morning near 1st Street and Washington Street in downtown Phoenix.
PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A suspected impaired driver was arrested after a freeway crash in east Phoenix last week. State troopers responded Dec. 23 to a crash involving a Toyota 4Runner and a Porsche blocking the Loop 202 Red Mountain near 32nd Street, according to the Department of Public Safety.
