直接说结论：Arduino的引脚是带不动大功率LED的。哪怕你用个3W的灯珠，额定电流就有700mA左右，而Arduino Uno的I/O引脚最大也就输出40mA，正常推荐别超过20mA。这已经不是软件上写个 digitalWrite (HIGH) 就能解决的问题，必须靠外部功率器件去“放大”电流控制能力。而MOS管，就是干这个活最顺手的选择。
