No. 12 Vanderbilt (10-2) plays Iowa (8-4) in the ReliaQuest Bowl on Dec. 31 (11 a.m. CT, ESPN) at Raymond James Stadium. Some Tampa-area sports figures have made appearances at the bowl. -- The return of defensive lineman LT Overton was confirmed as the starter led the line for his unit drills. Overton missed the SEC championship game with Georgia and the Dec. 19 CFP first-round win at Oklahoma with an undisclosed illness. Overton’s return was reported last week as Alabama prepped for the Jan. 1 Rose Bowl game with Indiana.
