Quick tips on forcible entry for WINDOW BARS. 🪓⬇️ Window bars can be a formidable challenge, but they are often easier to force than they look. 👉🏼 Often, I found that hand tools and leverage were better than a saw. If you understand the weak points of window bars and how they are commonly mounted, they are often easily defeated with a Halligan or hook. The exception is if the bars are bolted through to a stud, as shown in the picture. If they are lag bolted through, you may have to cut them.
