Matilda Djerf on Instagram: "I post this once a year, and it's that time again 🧈 12g yeast (I use fresh yeast) 5dl water 9-10dl flour (or until you get the consistency you prefer) A little bit of honey & salt Prepare the night before and bake out in the morning 225 degrees Celsius around 20 minutes We make this in our family every summer and love to add dried fruit, oats etc in the mix as well!"
